The Colombian lady was so obnoxious and would follow me around the whole time. I thought maybe they didn't want to have the air on for the party to save THEIR money. The place was an oven! My year old mother had to leave due to the sweltering heat. They told me when I arrived and my guest were on the way! The old Colombian lady kept trying to tell me that it wasn't THAT bad! It was JUNE! My son's cake was melting and it wasn't even made of ice cream.
Well, surprise! It wasn't and they never called to say that it was still broken.
No problem booking but the day b4 the party, they called to say the A/c broke and will most likely be fixed. "Where do I om start to finish, My son's 5th Birthday party was a disaster.
